Our design office is staffed by experts who stay continuously updated on the latest developments in the industry. Our model makers craft prototypes by hand or using CAD with precision and reliability. The construction of the molds

The mold manufacturing workshop is the place where ideas begin to take shape. The design takes place in a very short time using CAM platforms managed by highly qualified personnel. The creation then passes through the expert hands of those who have always made heel molds, moving from the old fusion technologies to the most modern systems capable of increasing the quality of the workmanship, drastically reducing production times of the finished product.

Our molding department is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery featuring automatic loading and unloading, which supports our staff in quality control. We work with ABS, polystyrene, TR Light Plexiglass and compact TPU, using processes developed and perfected over decades of experience. Final inspection is carried out by skilled hands, ensuring each piece is meticulously checked, wrapped and packaged.
