What role does sustainability play in luxury heel production today?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Sustainability is now a core value in our industry. At Italcompo, we\u2019ve tackled it on multiple levels, starting with the infrastructure<\/strong>. In 2018, we moved into a new facility equipped with heat pumps, underfloor heating, and a solar energy system\u2014expanded in 2023 to a total of 107 kW. We\u2019re also investing in new materials: we’ve opened our production to biobased materials<\/strong> and GRS-certified recycled materials<\/strong>. How has client management evolved?

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Today, customer relationships require a fully integrated approach. We need to be fast, but also precise, proactive, and dependable. We don\u2019t just deliver a component\u2014we see ourselves as project partners. [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Absolutely, and it\u2019s something we\u2019re particularly proud of. We\u2019ve welcomed my son and Rodolfo\u2019s daughter into the company. They grew up around our work and are now bringing their own perspective. With different but complementary skill sets, they share the same energy that drove us at the beginning.
